Emerging technologies

Technologies whose development and application are not completely realised or finished, and whose potential lies in the future. Emerging technologies are also considered to be radically new, fast growing and potentially impactful across different economic sectors. To realise them, oftentimes different research streams and professionals are expected to come together.
